29 CFR 1926.1403(a): The employer did not use the manufactures procedures during the assembly/disassembly process: a )South side of work site, southwest corner, on or about 2-23-21: Employees were working in the immediate vicinity of suspended loads that were being hoisted by a crane with wire rope clips used for termination at a wedge socket that were not tightened to manufacturer recommended torque requirements in reference to Associated Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) B30.26, paragraphs (e) and (f).
