29 CFR 1910.303(b)(6): The employer failed to ensure conductors identified for internal use in a dry location were deenergized when the environment became damp or wet. (a) Machine Shop area - On February 29, 2021, and times prior, employees were required to work on or around equipment where rain water entered the facility. The employer did not protect equipment from water exposure or deenergize their circuits, thereby exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
