The wood plank was placed there so employees did not have to walk through the water and mud. The employer has not ensured the ground was graded, ditched, and rendered free from depressions in which water could have become a nuisance. Employees potentially exposed to slips, trips, and falls. (b) San Clemente Island SCORE Berthing REWS-T-105 and 106: At the bottom of the two adjoining stairways a raised wood plank was placed where water accumulates after rain. The wood plank was placed there so employees did not have to walk through the water and mud. The employer has not ensured the ground was graded, ditched, and rendered free from depressions in which water could have become a nuisance. Employees potentially exposed to slips, trips, falls.
