29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards of approximately 13 feet. This was most recently documented when employees engaged in residential framing activities in that fall protection was not utilized. This was most recently documented at 2307 S Chateau, Wichita, KS.  Marcelo Contreras Villa was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1508640, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/18/21, with respect to a workplace located at 5682 Pebblecreek St. Bel Aire, KS.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards of approximately 11 feet while accessing the roof surface. This was most recently documented when employees engaged in residential framing activities in that the aluminum ladder used to access the roof did not extend 3 feet from the eave of the roof nor was secured to the structure.. This was most recently documented at 2307 S Chateau, Wichita KS.  The Marcelo Contreras Villa was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1508640, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/18/21, with respect to a workplace located at 5682 Pebblecreek St. Bel Aire, KS.
