29 CFR  1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end.   a) Pump Jack Scaffold Platform - Back of Building: Employees grouting brick were exposed to an approximate 15 feet fall hazard while utilizing a pump jack scaffold platform that was extended approximately 5 feet beyond its support without any method of blocking employees to cantilevered end, on or about 3/3/21.
