OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that they were exposed to falls and caught-in amputation hazards:  On or about February 25, 2021, employees without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 7.6 feet while working from a wooden pallet that was used as a temporary work platform.  The pallet was elevated and supported by a forklift so that employees were able to manually add mixing ingredients to the left end tank of the mixing line.   Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
