29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports  as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):  a) Jobsite located at 257-259 Valley Ridge Road, Haverford, PA: The employer did not ensure that the scaffold was fully planked. An employee was engaged in demolition and stucco activities while working from different levels on a scaffold; thus exposing the employee to trip and fall hazards of up to 24 feet.  Condition was observed on or about 4 MAR 2021
