Kevin Rodriguez dba KRA Construction was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.451(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection 1452699, citation 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 10 Westlake Dr., South Barrington, IL 60010.
