Perry's Roofing was previously cited for violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29CFR 501(b)(13), which is contained in OSHA Inspection number 1484499. In regards to inspection number 1484499, Citation 1, Item 1, was issued on 08/06/20 to a work place located at 69 Sherman Ave. Yonkers NY 10704. The citation became final order on 09/04/20.
