29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):A training program was not provided to each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards, to enable that employee to recognize the hazards of falling, and be trained in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards:  A) 6 Brandon Ct Edison, NJ 08820  The employer did not ensure that employees had been adequately trained in the hazards associated with falls and the proper ways and procedures to take in order to minimize the hazards. 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems:  A) 6 Brandon Ct Edison, NJ08820  An employee  was installing sheathing on a roof of a residential home without any means of fall protection.  Condition noted on or about 03/10/21  The RGH Home Improvment LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1434910, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/14/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 160 Franklin Turnpike Ramsey, NJ 07446.
