29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.) 28 Kingsland Rd., Landing, NJ  Employees without fall protection were exposed to an approximate 25ft. fall hazard while engaged in construction activities, on or about 05/25/2021.  RGH Home Improvement LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1434910, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/14/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 160 Franklin Turnpike., Ramsey, NJ 07446.  RGH Home Improvement LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518693, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/17/2021, with respect to a workplace located at6 Brandon Ct., Edison, NJ 08820.
