29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews. (a) Jobsite - On or about February 4, 2021 the employer did not ensure guardrails were installed for employee working from a scaffold above 10 feet to the lower level, exposing the employees to fall hazards.
