29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:   a) Genesis Hospitality Corporation. 4004 Medford Drive, Loveland, CO 80538: On and before March 10, 2021, the employer did not ensure the walking/working area in the production area were free from tripping and slipping hazards, in that electrical cords are not kept in an orderly manner, and wood dust was not effectively removed from the floor or elevated surfaces. Employees are exposed to slip and trip hazards. This condition exposed employees to broken bones and lacerations.
