This was most recently documented on or about March 11, 2021 at 8600 South 78th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Employees were using an extension cord which was strained at the connection point and had exposed live wires which could injury employees with electrical shock.

JJs Cleaning and Painting Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) contained in OSHA inspection number 1443340, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on December 17, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 3527 Holly Blue Lane, Lincoln, Nebraska.
