29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in accordance with paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section: a) Building 1 at 40 East Street Camden, DE 19934: On or about March 15, 2021; the employer failed to ensure employees conducting siding installation on a new construction property while being unprotected in all directions due to scaffold not having any type of guardrail system or lack of fall protection while the employee was working approximately 34 feet above grade.
