29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2):Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: a) On or about 3/11/21, at the front entrance area of the site, Cheektowaga, NY. Employee, on a 8-foot high mobile scaffold taping drywall panels, did not lock scaffold wheels to prevent movement of the scaffold. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
