29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: (a) Location - 191 Northern Boulevard, Newburyport, MA On or about 03/16/2021, employees were working within 10 feet of unprotected powerlines. The JCH Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1416071, citation number 1, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/12/19, with respect to a workplace located at 5 White Avenue, Haverhill, MA.
