29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews. a) On or about 03/12/21, at the Garber Auto Dealership, located at 3890 West Henrietta Road, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not provide fall protection for its employees working on a supported scaffold. A guardrail was not installed along the south end of the scaffold, exposing employees to falling 14 feet to ground level. NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
