29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a) Mead Construction Inc., on or about March 17, 2021, at the site location of 4477 Monroe St. Toledo, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing roofing activities on a low sloped commercial roof. During this activity, employees were exposed to falls up to 14' to the ground below. The employees working from an elevated location without the benefit of conventional fall protection.
