The lifting device did not have its rated load marked either on the lifting device's main structure or on an tag attached to the main structure, nor did the lifting device have permanently affixed, durable identification stating the manufacturer, manufacturer's address, serial number, and the lifting device weight (if greater than 100 pounds), exposing employees to the hazard of getting struck by a dropped or falling load or parts.
