29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):(v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about June 25, 2021, an employee was not wearing a personal fall arrest system when moving an aerial lift on to a flatbed truck. The employee was thrown out of the aerial lift (JLG -E300 AJ) when the flatbed truck moved.
