29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Brown's Roofing & Construction, on or about March 19th, 2021, at the location of the lot northeast of the Alexandra's Dr. and Laura's Ln. intersection: Employees were performing roofing work on a new residential structure while exposed to fall hazards of 14 feet, 10 inches to the ground below without the benefit of training to appropriately mitigate the fall hazards.
