(a) L& L Acoustical Inc., at 2440 Trio Falls Drive, Loveland, CO 80538: On and before March 25, 2021, the controlling and exposing employer did not ensure that flights of stairs with 5 risers throughout the jobsite had a handrail installed. This condition exposed employees and subcontractor employees to fall hazards.
