29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Deli Area/Prepared Foods: An eyewash providing 15 minutes of a continuous flow was not provided where employees utilized corrosive products including but not limited to Suma Oven D9.6 Oven Cleaner, Emerel Multi-Surface Cr�me Cleanser and Block Whitener, on or about 3/26/2021. b) Meat Department: An eyewash providing 15 minutes of a continuous flow was not provided where employees utilized corrosive products including but not limited to Block Whitener, and Emerel Multi-Surface Cr�me Cleanser, on or about 3/26/2021. c) Seafood Department: An eyewash providing 15 minutes of a continuous flow was not provided where employees utilized corrosive products including but not limited to Block Whitener, and Emerel Multi-Surface Cr�me Cleanser, on or about 3/26/2021. d) Porter Closet: An eyewash providing 15 minutes of a continuous flow was not provide where employees utilized corrosive products including but not limited to Emerel Multi-Surface Cr�me Cleanser, on or about 3/26/2021. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
