29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(ii): The employer did not document that equipment complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices. On or about May 2, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the employer at Whole Foods Market in Austin, Texas did not document that equipment, including the King Valve complied with the employer's chosen RAGAGEP such as but not limited to IIAR 2 2008, 13.1.1.4 "All manually operated valves inaccessible from floor level shall be operable from portable platforms, fixed platforms, ladders, or shall be chain-operated. Isolation valve(s) identified as being part of an emergency shutdown procedure shall be directly operable or chain-operated from a permanent work surface".
