29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 17 Landmark, Eastampton NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet, when performing roof shingle installation and other related activities while working/walking from the pitched roof of a residential structure while not using fall protection. Condition observed on or about 03/26/21. Garden Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1469045, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/11/20, with respect to a workplace located at 29 Imperial Place Central, Jackson NJ.

Condition observed on or about 03/26/21. Garden Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1470376, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/27/20, with respect to a workplace located at 10 Harrison Drive, Bldg. 700, Northfield NJ.
