29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) at 2 Parsons Creek Court, O'Fallon, Missouri - on or about March 26, 2021, five employees of Oliver Siding LLC were engaged in residential construction activities without utilizing guardrail systems, safety net systems, or a personal fall arrest system. Five employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to a grass surface below. Oliver Siding, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1179853, citation number 1, item number 6 and was affirmed as a final order on April 10, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1719 Lasalle Street, Belleville, IL 62221.

29 CFR 1926.28(a):The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. a) At 2 Parsons Creek Court, O'Fallon, Missouri - on or about March 26, 2021, five employees of Oliver Siding LLC were engaged in residential construction activities without utilizing eye protection. Five employees were not required to wear eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns. Oliver Siding, LLC was previously cited for a violation on an equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1179853, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on April 10, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1719 Lasalle Street, Belleville, IL 62221.
