29 CFR 1910.217(c)(3)(iii)(f): Mechanical power press(es) using presence sensing point of operation devices were not provided with guards to protect all areas of entry to the point of operation not protected by the presence sensing device(s): a) At 5 Industrial Loop Rd, Hannibal, MO 63401 - On or about March 22, 2021, employee(s) were exposed to caught-in or -between hazards while operating a "Cidan Forma 30" (Serial No. 66579-10) folding machine that was not provided with guards to protect all areas of entry to the point of operation not protected by the presence sensing device(s). b) At 5 Industrial Loop Rd, Hannibal, MO 63401 - On or about February 26, 2021, an employee was exposed to caught-in or -between hazards that resulted in injury while operating a "Cidan Forma 30" (Serial No. 66579-10) folding machine that was not provided with guards to protect all areas of entry to the point of operation not protected by the presence sensing device(s).
