Employees of GRE Construction, LLC., a subcontractor,  were exposed to fall hazards greater than 12 feet, while engaged in residential roofing activities. Employees were not using fall protection equipment.      Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet)  Armour Roofing & Exteriors, LLC.,  was previously cited for a violation  of this occupational safety and health standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1158920, citation number 1, item number 1  and was affirmed as a final order on July 28, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 5689 S. Hillside St. Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
