29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On March 30, 2021, employees were exposed to fall hazards over 10 feet while performing roofing work to an existing residential structure. Chucko, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1311378, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 29, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 6355 W 124th Pl, Palos Heights, IL 60463.
