29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On May 29, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards between approximately 8.8 and 14.1 feet while performing roofing work to an existing residential structure. Chucko Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1522428, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2120 N Burke Dr., Arlington Heights, IL 60004. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.

Chucko Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.502(d)(15), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1756695, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on August 29, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 3865 Anjou Ln., Hoffman Estates, IL 60192.
