Overland Park, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15.5 feet from the roof to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized. Banuelos Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1439305, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03.05.2020, with respect to a workplace located at 25144 W. 105th Terrace, Olathe, Kansas.
