29 CFR  1926.405(g)(2)(iv):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  At jobsite located at 12102 167th Terr. Overland Park, KS, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards in that the flexible cord protective layer was pulling away from connector.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  At jobsite located at 12102 167th Terr. Overland Park, KS, employee engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to falls from approximately 14.5 feet, in that the aluminum ladder used to access the roof did not extend 3 feet from the eave of the roof.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At jobsite located at 12102 167th Terr. Overland Park, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15.5 feet from the roof to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized.  Banuelos Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1439305, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03.05.2020, with respect to a workplace located at 25144 W. 105th Terrace, Olathe, Kansas.
