29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  At jobsite located at 18100 Westgate Bucyrus, KS, employees engaged in ground hand activities working below employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards in that head protection was not utilized.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  At jobsite located at 18100 Westgate Bucyrus, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities using a pneumatic nail gun were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not utilized.   Edwardo Jose now Dereck Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1387567, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08.29.2019, with respect to a workplace located at 23910 W. 97th Terr. Lenexa, KS 66227.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At jobsite located at 18100 Westgate Bucyrus, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14.5 feet from the roof to the ground in that fall protection was not utilized.  Edwardo Jose now Dereck Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1387567, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08.29.2019, with respect to a workplace located at 23910 W. 97th Terr. Lenexa, KS 66227.
