On or about April 1, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing roofing operations on a roof twenty five feet  (25') above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.   b. On or about April 1, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing roofing operations on a roof nine (9') three (3") inches above the ground was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
