29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a. On or about May 17, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, thirteen (13) feet seven (7) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. b. On or about May 17, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, eight (8) feet eleven (11) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. c. On or about May 17, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet seven (7) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. Armando's Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1527349, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 13, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 8223, 8225, 8227, 8229 Auburn Lane, Frankfort, IL. 60423. Armando's Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1522889, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 8220 Auburn Lane, Frankfort, IL. 60423.
