29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not ensure the safety of the equipment pursuant to the considerations in sections (i) through (viii) of 29 CR 1910.303(b)(1): Employees were exposed to fire and electrical shock hazards. In the warehouse, employees engaged in charging the electrical pallet jacks were exposed to electric shock in that the 110 VAC electrical outlet used for charging the pallet jacks had evidence of electrical arcing, as indicated by the burn marks. Heartland Coca Cola was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1469372, Citation 001, Item Number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on April 20, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 3151 S West St. Wichita, KS. 67217 .
