29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2):Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: In the following instances, portable fire extinguishers were not inspected on a monthly basis. a. An Amerex 10 pound Class ABC portable extinguisher between the restroom doors at the front of the store. b. An Amerex 10 pound Class ABC portable extinguisher next to the rear exit in the back of the store. c. An Ansul K-Guard 6 liter Class K Portable extinguisher in the kitchen. Team Prior, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1201846, Citation 2, Item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 15, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 496 Stillwater Avenue in Old Town, Maine.
