29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: Kitchen - A mounted Amerex 10 pound Class ABC portable extinguisher between the kitchen sink and rear exit doors in the kitchen area of the store was not visually inspected at least monthly. Team Prior, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1523459, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 1,2021, with respect to a workplace located at 220 Park Street Rockland, ME 04841.
