29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) This violation occurred on or about April 6, 2021, at the job-site located at 426 Ardsley Lane, Forney, TX; where employees were doing framing work while using a Makita circular saw, model number: 5007, serial number 129762. Employees were not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries.
