The employees were climbing on a scaffold platform railing which was raised more than 25 feet high by a Skyjack Scissor Lift, Model Number: SJ 9250 Serial number: 50002044 scissor lift system to gain access to the top of a roof truss chord and employees were not using a personal fall protective system. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards greater than ten feet.
