29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2):Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of particulates not otherwise regulated listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 5 mg/m3: On or about May 06, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to airborne concentrations of particulates not otherwise regulated exceeding the Time Weighted Average of 5 mg/m3 while filling pneumatic trailers with Barite. Employees were exposed to a concentration of 13 mg/m3. The exposure is derived from one sample collected over 453 minute period. Zero exposure is assumed for the remaining 27 minutes.
