29 CFR 1910.213(r)(4):The mention of specific machines in paragraphs (a) thru (q) and this paragraph (r) of this section, inclusive, is not intended to exclude other woodworking machines from the requirement that suitable guards and exhaust hoods be provided to reduce to a minimum the hazard due to the point of operation of such machines. On 4/6/2021 the employer did not properly guard the point of operation for a Whirlwind Cutoff saw(model #212) in that the saw was set up 4" above the table bypassing the sensor that required it to be setup ?" above the material exposing employees to coming in contact with the blade.

29 CFR 1910.213(s)(9):Push sticks or push blocks shall be provided at the work place in the several sizes and types suitable for the work to be done. On or before 4/6/2021 the employer did not provide a safe means for employees to push material into the point of operation. Employees were utilizing their hands to place wood into the point of operation this allowed employees to be exposed to the blade of a Whirlwind Cutoff saw(model #212)
