Eye protection was not used when adding chemicals to the electrostatic sprayer. Employees who worked with hazardous chemicals including Shockwave RTU - 8316 where exposed to liquid chemical eye hazards. b) Throughout the store. Eye protection was not used when spraying chemicals with an electrostatic sprayer. Employees who worked with hazardous chemicals including Shockwave TRU - 8316 were exposed to liquid chemical eye hazards.

29 CFR 1910.138(a): General requirements. Employers shall select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands are exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasions; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes. In the warehouse. Gloves were not used when adding chemicals to the electrostatic sprayer. Employees who worked with hazardous chemicals including Shockwave RTU - 8316 where exposed to liquid chemical skin hazards on the hands.
