29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a. Admin Office: A scanner charging station that consisted of nine AC Power Supply Units at three amps each (twenty-seven amps total) were plugged into a relocatable power tap designed for low amperage equipment. Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards. b. Admin Office: A scanner charging station was plugged into a relocatable power tap that was plugged into another relocatable power tap "daisy chained". Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards.
