OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that on April 8, 2021, the employer failed to fully document its alternative measures for cleaning the lamination rollers on the JE3 extruder machine by not documenting instructions regarding the appropriate body positioning of operators inspecting the nip prior to cleaning, thereby exposing employees to the hazard of the rolling heads.
