29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: (a) Converter Department - Employees working in the converter department were exposed to struck-by hazards in that plastic rolls weighing an excess of one thousand (1,000) pounds were transported on the Hyster N40XMR3 powered industrial truck while not being stabilized to prevent them from becoming dislodged, on or about May 17, 2022. Abatement Certification Required.
