29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i):Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about April 6, 2021, on the south east and south west side of the structure, employee(s) were working on the leading edge of the roof installing a new metal roof approximately twenty (20) off the ground without any fall protection.
