Main Building Lower Roof- Employees performing roofing work were exposed to falls of Approximately 8 feet, when fall protection equipment was not installed and/or utilized. b. Auxiliary Building Lower Roof- Employees performing roofing work were exposed to falls of Approximately 8 feet, when fall protection equipment was not installed and/or utilized. c. Auxiliary Building Tool Shed Roof- Employees performing roofing work were exposed to falls of Approximately 8 feet, when fall protection equipment was not installed and/or utilized.
