Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:    a. Main Building Lower Roof- Employees performing roofing work were exposed to falls of Approximately 8 feet, when fall protection equipment was not installed and/or utilized.  b. Auxiliary Building Lower Roof- Employees performing roofing work were exposed to falls of Approximately 8 feet, when fall protection equipment was not installed and/or utilized.  c. Auxiliary Building Tool Shed Roof- Employees performing roofing work were exposed to falls of Approximately 8 feet, when fall protection equipment was not installed and/or utilized.   Manny's Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1443941, citation number 001, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/10/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Corliss Hill Rd. Haverhill, MA 01830.

Main Building - Employees performing roofing work were exposed to falls of between 17 feet 5 inches at the roofs eave and 22 feet 7 inches at the roofs peak, when fall protection equipment was not installed and/or utilized.  b. Auxiliary Building - Employees performing roofing work were exposed to falls of between 13 feet 1 inches at the roofs eave and 19 feet 1 inches at the roofs peak, when fall protection equipment was not installed and/or utilized.
