Repair Shop - On or about March 31, 2021, employees were not protected from the in running nip point on the wire wheel side of the Baldor grinder where the work rest was not utilized to prevent material from being pulled into the wheel, which resulted in the partial amputation of an employee when the chainsaw chain he was cleaning was pulled into the spinning wheel. b.) Repair Shop - On or about March 31, 2021, employees were not protected from flying sparks and debris on the wire wheel side of the Baldor grinder where the tongue guard was not utilized.
