29 CFR  1926.304(d):Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe  (a)  New residential construction; Front Side; Lot 24: On or about 4/15/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employee  to amputation hazards in that, employees were cutting flashing materials with a Makita (Model - 5007F) 7 1/4-inch circular saw while the guard was propped open using a screw.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a)  New residential construction; LOT 24; Roof:  On or about 4/15/2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards , in that a complete fall protection system was not provided to employees who were conducting siding installation activities on a 8:12 pitched roof at heights measured at 10 feet 6 1/2 inches to the lower level.
